Who is the Real Rossi? As we all know Rossi is an outstanding racer. But what about things that happen that we dont usually see? On the build up to the British GP (Thursday), security formed a chain for over 1 and a half hours, so Rossi could sign autographs for his fans, Instead of doing this, he decided to disappear, leaving many dissapointed fans, many of them children. These fans paid good money to be in the paddock, so they could see their idol and get his autograph. I see this as a snub to his fans, one woman said he was a young man under pressure, i say, if you cant take the pressure, get out. A similar event happened on Saturday morning, with almost 50 fans waiting outside his motorhome, and again he just disappeared. Is this really how the fans want to be treated? People who again pay good money to see him, where does the money come from to pay his wages? he obviously forgets that part. Television makes him up to be some kind of hero, he is the way he rides a bike, but he certainly isnt a hero when the cameras are not rolling, the man is just for show, i find him very shallow, especially since what i saw over the weekend, if he cant take time for his fans when the cameras are off its a bad day. Rossi, i tell you this, you have gone way down as a person in my estimation.
