I can't seem to find which file lets me change the riders names. blade said it may be in the menu file but after opening it with the mix extractor a load of screensaver files appear which wont work as they are not win32 compatible . if n e 1 knows how to change names pls let me know. Dan

Hello. Mr Blade was right : you have to extract the "menu.mix" file, but not the one in the main Superbike directory. In my xase, I extracted it from "./FRENCH/menu.mix". So, depending on the installed language, check this kind of directory (maybe "./ENGLISH/" ) to find the right menu.mix Then you'll find a "A Menu.txt" file. Edit it : the name of the riders are under the <NAMES RIDERS> line. Hope it will help you to solve your problem. Have fun.

Oooppsss ? Well, actually, you shoudn't have anything to do. To tell you the truth I didn't test this (changin names) before. I just looked on those lines in the A Menu.txt file and I thought it was the right place to do such a thing ... So it seems not to be !!! Well, if anyone else has informations ... ?

Well, I found the solution while reading an older post in the second page : do not extract "./FRENCH/menu.mix" file. Instead of that, edit it directly with an hex editor because the file format seems to be strange and extracting mess up this file format. So no text editor : use an hex editor. The name of the riders are still after the <NAMES RIDERS> tag. I TESTED IT THIS TIME AND IT WORKED ! Ciao.
