Hi all,
Anyone have the same top speed issue with Gregorio Lavilla's GSX-R?
In the bike setup screen I've maxed out the slider for top speed, yet the bike has a top speed of 253 km/h. The bike accelerates like a rocket mind you!
I've tried the Mat Mladin GSX-R & with settings untouched, it maxed out at 293 km/h.
Any ideas on the problem?
PS: love the update...great work & thanks for taking the time to breathe new life into an old but much loved game!

Your welcome TJP ;D I will take a look at the issue with Lavillas bike, Which Physics are you using?

Hey Daz..looks like you are a Bayliss fan..good choice !
I'm using the physics that are part of the SBK2002 upgrade.
I don't think the other physics patches work on the 20002 update...when I tried Blade's physics along with SBK2002 I got an memory error message.
I uninstalled everything & just used the SBK2002 upgrade.
Hope this helps!

That seems very hard There is no physics update in 2002 mod, i left that to choice, So it seems you are using original physics, but ive never noticed Lavillas bike down on power, mmmmmm. Easy solution m8, use Blades Auto Install Physics, but instead of extracting to the game send them to a New Folder somewhere, eg: Desktop, when install is complete open the New Folder and click through the other folders inside until you see two files, bikes.dat and tyres.dat, you can either copy & paste or drag and drop these two files straight into EA Sports/Superbike 2001/Data folder, Your Data folder will then consist of Tracks folder and bike and tyre.dat files. I must test the Auto install to make sure it is ok, so thanks for bringing it to my attention. ;D

Thanks for the updates guys.
I wasn't sure if there was a physics update with the SBK2002 file. I was taking a guess that an update to the physics model was included!
