great expectacions,some disapoitment... the big ?no lan,no internet... only split screen.. SBK 2001 still rules in some aspects. Low systems requirements (is good for some people)

a few hours playing... more like thourist trofhy than SBK its not a simulator its very arcade handling is not real and what de hell was in their minds when they dont do multiplayer...

Why have they copied MotoGP 3??!!! This game is not in the same league as SBK2001 its an arcade game not a racing sim like sbk2001.
I really hope they don't use this style for any future SBK games.

It didnt suposed to be as realistic as SBK was.Comeon guys , its the first bike game for the PC after almost 6 years.If you expected that it will be a hardcore sim , then I understand your disapointed. But its way better than motoGP series , and you actaly can call it a bike game.Maybe thair next game will be more realistic. i try to play it for a couple of days ................. lol,, remember we live in the year 2006 !!! not even a decent online/multiplayer option
worst bike game i ever played so far ............. uninstalled asap !!

If you thought this will be next sbk game, then you sure hate this game.If you would look what racing games blackbean support , you would get a picture. I thought it will be uter garbage like motoGP, which is a disgrace to the motogp license. (tryed the 06 mods and physics updates......still)
I was surprised , and kinda enjoy the game.I force myself.....I can escape reality , and think in my sick brain , I am riding a ZX10r at Laguna Seca.And that makes me happy.
The developer said no multyplayer future will be in(autosimsport), also because the game was aiming for the PS2.So a sbk dumbdown and port to a PS2. And yes , they screwed the game totally up, arcade stuff no doubt.but still........
I play every day with my friend in split screen, battle on the track , make wheelies and stopies together and then watch replays.And its more fun in splitscreen than sbk2001 was.
I get sick if I even see GP500 or SBK01, I overplayed it so much, I cant take it anymore.

My Thoughts
SBRC was hyped and we were expecting more. Alot of eye candy has gone into the game, the physics are no where near good enough, Gamplay is aimed at Arcade more than Simulation. And wtf is this no net multiplayer? MP is almost a standard thing these days. I will say the Bike models are very nice but the game falls short of a good game let alone a classic. rating 6/10
I still love you SBK 2001 rating 10/10

I found out that you can open the data.mix with notepad, and all values are there.But if you save it , the game wont start. Then i tryed with a hex editor , and i can edit the physics, animations and cameras now.(i use XVI32)
The only problem there is , it doesnt say for which bike the physics are. So i can only edit the yamaha r6 , which i identifyed cz of the high rpm limit. You can edit everything , i am very close to make it handle like bikes in sbk2001 did.
It has even more values to change , than sbk had.Though i didnt find where to set the controler sensitivity, dead zone........

I think you will find that this game has almost the same file system as SBK2001 so the tools should work, but with no net play i wont bother doing anything.

I got very motivated , but its not that easy as i thought.Was experimenting all day long, till my eyes started to hurt.If you change 1 value it has an impact onother values.I got the powerslideing part so good , you culd slide a whole corner if you modulated the throttle.But then i got some wierdnes in corners.
